Jetblue says 3 1/2 years to complete the program. So 3and half years to be hired by Jetblue?? Or to get to 1500 hrs??
You get hired by JetBlue at 1500hrs, the FAA requirement for ATP min. 3 1/2 years is how it long it takes to reach 1500 with training and instructing.
There is a selection process that includes an assessment plus a series of interviews. Would you potentially stay with JB your whole career or use it as a stepping stone for a big 3 legacy or purple/brown?
