Omni doesn’t have much “bidding” from what they told me. You bid for days off and maybe if you want to be based in Vegas. So, an FO that hasn’t upgraded, isn’t doing so for the schedule I assume. Maybe they know they won’t make upgrade and the original post was spot on.
ahm, a lot of the lines are known flying with some being over guarantee so a senior FO would definitely like to snap those up. I know a few of them and they are very comfortable with their bidding.
