But I would caution you on being a smartass with certain people on here who have been here a long time and know first hand the history of the way things work with our Company, Union, contracts, and independent contractors. That’s not to say things can’t change. Especially with as much new blood having been infected in the last five years and the amount of retirements there have been and continue to rise in the next few years.
At some point, it’s going to be the other way around. When there will be more people here that have various experience they bring with them from their prior life.
And like you said, sometimes the new people are doing things they way they should be rather than the way it has always been.
