It`s a little awkward in that when the question is asked the interviewer turns off his phone and it`s dead silence. You feel like you are talking to a wall, because there is no back and forth, you just ramble on, in the order that`s asked. You have 1 hour, I finished in 30 minutes. I thought I had done horrible, but an offer was made and I was to take a check ride this month, but it`s been delayed of course.
Yeah, it was so awkward! I had two people on the conference call. Took me about 30-35 min. I feel I did terrible. I had a guide to using the STAR method for behavioral interviewing, but over the phone with no feedback or interaction just felt like I was rambling to myself. How long was it from interview to notification about moving forward? Can I ask what FSDO or CMO?
