Yes, it is one long line, and don't worry about it. Also, i would try to match your apps flight time with your logbook accurately. If not, a letter to explain would be nice in case they ask. In my case, there's about a hundred hours worth of PIC time that was logged after PVT that is logged as dual received, but they didn't ask about it.
