My resume is similar, as I've progressed in aviation the non-flying entries have gotten compressed to fit one page.

The resume is a sales document, not an application, so it does not have to list everything in complete detail, tailor it to achieve the impact, try to convey the positives of your past non-aviation experience as it applies to aviation without getting too cluttered.

I wouldn't list two hours of turbine time unless there was a type rating, 135 checkout, or other relevant training certification.
