Interesting story from local CT online newspaper.

According to this, the real estate in CT going through the roof as all the urban sophisticates are rediscovering the health benefits of not living up close and personal with 8 million sneezing, coughing, Covid-ing people.

Good news if you want to sell your house in CT. Bad news for buyers as inventory is being snapped up sight unseen from New Yorkers who want a second home bolt-hole. Hate to buy into a market that might collapse in 3-5 years as when NYC people discover they can't stand having to mow a lawn and cook their own meals.

Then again, who knows? Nobody knows anything. The Gell-Mann amnesia effect is real, and it is the press, personified.

A tidal wave': New Yorkers snapping up CT homes as they flee the city

(Also in SLC, also considering a forced NYC move. Missus ain't gonna like it)
