Why would you only provide health coverage to furloughees currently on DPMP? I’d bet most at the bottom of the seniority list using Delta insurance are on one of the HSA plans since they make far more financial sense for younger and healthier individuals.
Make that any of the delta sponsored health care option. Obviously I don't participate in any of them and have the terminology wrong.
