Vasu is the man for sure, not to be a downer but it sounds like he is interested in talking about some concessions in regard to scope(possibly) and other things to make us more flexible and efficient...I agree with him that many people(pilots especially) are so wired to just except furloughs as the only way, and somewhat a weird right of passage.
I didn’t lIke that part either. Scope is a no go. We’ve seen what it does to stagnate ones career for 10-20 years, no thanks! Been there done that. Covid is a temporary problem, let’s discuss temporary solutions. Reduction in ALV or RSV guarantee on a month by month basis with clear snap backs if not renewed, maybe. But scope is a non-starter.
