As those regions reopen to where the sunbelt states were 2-3 weeks ago, it will be interesting to see if similar increases in positives occur.
If California is any guide for them...I’d say that’s a very real possibility.
I live in New England and my state has been doing just fine in Phase 2 for about a month now, and it's moving to Phase 3. Just about everything has been open with restrictions. Businesses surely weren't able to maximize profit, but everything functioned (gyms, restaurants, churches, etc) and now we're relaxing restrictions even more. It's really just using performance instruments to make adjustments instead of chasing the needles full deflection to full deflection.
