just because you choose not to look at it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. As I said before read paragraph 3.b very closely.....WE as in The UNITED MEC control scope not Mesa, not JO, not the Mesa MEC and certainly not Mesa pilots. If JO wants to die on this sword he is welcome too and if the pilots who hire want to take the approach of not hiring furloughed pilots then the group can deal with the fall out.
