Does anybody have insight as to what this means, if anything, about my application and the hiring process, and the average time-frame from application to interview?

I have browsed past posts and see that there is apparently a hiring freeze. I wonder if they are possibly hiring into a pool to draw from once FY2021 begins.

Thanks for any and all input.
That is great to hear they are still running the applicants through the process. It took me about 4 months from OTS application to Tentative Offer Letter (Mar-June). Still waiting to hear. I was literally discussing dates with the FSDO manager when the hiring freeze hit. No correspondence since then (going on 3 weeks). Best of luck to you.

P.S. The process was local manager interview/correspondence, then National 10 question HR-type phone interview, TOFL (Drug Test, Finger Prints, Back ground check, Flight check or 121/135 PC/CQ equivalent).
