cant discriminate against someone over things they can’t control; age,sex, race, sexual orientation etc... great, how it should be
cant filter candidates based on things completely within their control like what they did?!?! Makes no sense. Next you will see laws saying you can’t discriminate based on relevant experience or subject knowledge.
