I’d email or call. I never did, but do plan to at some point If offered the position. I spoke with the ALPA legal and they were helpful in looking for possible “loopholes” but they clearly stated that you SHOULD disclose to avoid getting in trouble. An ASI made the argument that a GAO could even be at risk of a conflict because that the FAA uses the cockpit jumpseat Of air carriers to get their inspectors around. Jumpseating qualifies as an enroute check and there could be the conflict. Actual ASIs, feel free to chime in.

In any case, concealing would be bad for many reasons, least of which is if you go and make an enforcement against someone, they recognize you and blackmail you. Best would be to click the link and reach out to them.
