Early stages of talks for flight crew employment/interview opportunities going forward, including at Commutair. No deals made at this time.
No changes to retirement travel benefits at this time.
LTD funding expected to be available for the next two years, then no funds available.
No early retirement or separation options offered.
COBRA will be available for a short period, undefined at this time but could be terminated shortly after we cease operations.
401k funds will be distributed as directed by the employee. The employee must contact Wells Fargo after employment is terminated. The company is talking to WF about individuals being able to keep funds at WF.
W2s will be mailed to each employee in January.
If furloughed and eligible for retirement, you can still apply for retirement while furloughed. At that point you would be made an active employee and subsequently shown as retired. Recommended to make retirement application with HR before the company is shutdown. A two week notice is expected for this. Unemployment insurance payments with your state may be impacted when being transferred to retired status, contact your state for further info.
If you are due for recurrent training in Aug or Sep, plan on doing it as scheduled.

The wording of some of these things may be slightly wrong, but they are generally correct.

There may be other comments that I missed, feel free to add more info.
