I've been with Guardian in Alaska for 2 years now. They've treated me very well, rarely had to cancel or put a flight on hold for weather, but when I have, nobody has second guessed me. Some of the king airs up here are older and have semi frequent maintenance issues, but that's to be expected from 35+ year old planes. I haven't dealt with corporate management in Utah much, but they're very... corporate. AK management is much better, easy to deal with, a lot less drama. Most of the crews at the outstations are great. There's occasional difficult personalities, but most folks are just here to do their jobs and go home, most people don't want drama. Starting pay for King air PIC is $90-100k, it just won't ever increase much beyond that. Overall, they've been a great company to work for, and I'd highly recommend them.
