Depends on how many people try to claim vaccination that didn't really happen. If it's enough to keep the pandemic alive, there will be some sort of accountability.
With electronic records, for all their failings, and a high profile vaccination program for Cat 1 & 2 individuals; I think it would be hard to fake it. For Cat 3, esp 4 individuals when the quacks figure out the “holes in the cheese” it might be different. My last physical, unprompted, the doc said to me, “my, you do have a lot of vaccinations”. It’s on the screen free to view.
Cat 1 are pretty much trapped, so they’ll get it at work or LTC. Cat 2 infrastructure people could get it at work (:30 of pay) or show data base proof from doctor.
