Question. C54's Nov 19 update states:
We have received some comments on how the previous LOA, 20-03, has had some unexpected consequences for pilots already.
They then go on to provide...drum roll...absolutely no details. Can someone explain to me how an agreement that hadn't yet had any provisions put in place (until today) affected people's lives and livelihoods a week and half or more before it went into effect?
