dude there’s no hiring anywhere for a long time, anywhere. FOs can’t bid to even fly the 737s. The AA contract is sketchy and allows AA to back out, from what it sounds, if they have to reduce their mainline planes. Also it’s a deal to fly less aircraft than they currently do anyway; and for only 5 years.
