While at an ALPA carrier a couple lifetimes ago, we did have a much, much better success rate at winning grievances during arbitration than our absolute losing streak we have here (admittedly, that airline didn't have near the capital, nor legal team, that our Corp. does).
But, at a previous non-ALPA carrier, all outstanding/open grievances (seemed to average 3-4 open grievances at any given time during the year) were actually resolved in our favor,
if/when the airline needed something from the pilot group,
before we agreed to new 'efficiencies' like our MOU's here.
