The bottom line is that DAL wants good pilots and good people.

During my initial training I saw both former MIL and former CIV guys/gals do well and some struggle. Fighter guys have a harder time with the crew concept thing. Other MIL guys (heavy, like myself) were a little taken aback at the chaos on the ramps. No, command post is not there nor on top of things.

That being said, I also noticed that some of the CIV guys were challenged with aircraft size and performance but a little more adept at the commercial flying culture.

Check your egos at the door, once your on the line we're all the same...and nobody cares.
