Theoretically, we could vote no, and then the company can just go ahead with it anyway and deliberately violate the contract.
In that case, ALPA would grieve the violation, it would eventually see the NMB, and we would get what? A cease and desist?
Just saying the
only path isn't negotiations within the RLA and the current structure.
