Many of the schedules have become less efficient, longer sits, etc. Just the nature of fewer overall flights, they can't always build schedules as densely as they used to. I think most people block fewer hours, little or no premium time, and lines built very close to guarantee or in many cases less than guarantee. I think the majority of the industry is getting paid just guarantee. But silver lining, more time off. It will get busy again soon enough.
