Some people had other questions. I myself had a few but still understood the decision. Good to know you didn't have any at all. I'm just unsure what you meant by wanting more transparency and that was my question in the last post.
I wish the union had been more forthcoming with the information they received by sharing it immediately instead of issuing an email telling us to hang on another 24 hrs when the arbitration was already final and binding regardless what gripes anyone might have with it. But I respect your point that the reps needed time to process the ruling so when people ask them questions, they know what they're talking about. Sorry if I ruffled any feathers. They're good people and I know it's a tough racket.
