Seems like it's tailor made for formerly qualified 220Bs that are currently affected, will get 220B awarded in 2-3 days, and will get converted 1 April, then sent to SRQ (I'm willing to bet there will be some FOs that waive 30 days before training) so they can unpark those tails. This is a thread drift, but it would seem the company will immediately look for the low hanging fruit of the upcoming AE: SRQ + waive 30 days notice + E period = increased manning now.
