So Devil's advocate here... you get a 5K bonus, why not just go do ATP/CTP if you got that email and then go to class. It's the same thing if they offered no bonus and paid for your CTP instead.
If you email them back and ask for a CJO if you go pay for CTP yourself then what is the harm?
You’d think that would be a good idea but my buddy asked them if he could do exactly that but they won’t even talk to him about a class date until he has his ATP-CTP completion /written in hand.
