He seems to believe, as I do, that the Chinese were studying these viruses in the lab and manipulating them. Not necessarily as a bioweapon but in an effort to learn more about these strains and develop countermeasures to them. One of the manipulated strains (SARS COV2) then accidentally escaped the lab and took on a life of its own.
THIS concept is far more in line with Occam’s Razor as being the most plausible given the data that Rogan’s guest refers to.
If source of the outbreak was truly the Wuhan Wetmarket as they claimed, why did the government close down all such markets only to quietly reopen them several months later? Probably because they know that wasn’t the source!
