Everything in the contract is comparable to all of the career airlines. We don’t compete for pilots with just UPS. We compete for pilots against ALL airlines.
might be just me, but I don't think our Reserve system is why people don't apply with us.
And, for all the Reserve sucks mindset, there's a surprisingly Senior cohort of FedEx pilots who predominantly sit Reserve.
