And, for all the Reserve sucks mindset, there's a surprisingly Senior cohort of FedEx pilots who predominantly sit Reserve.
Something that caught me by surprise, the #3 VTO guy in 75 land has been grabbing RB versus flying trips.
So, we shouldn’t improve this QOL factor for approximately 1/3 of our pilots? Only go after things that beniefit just you. Gotcha. And if LÁ can have a 3hr callout, Memphis can have a 2 hr callout. It’s not rocket science.
