I think his point is reserve must not suck as bad as some are saying if it goes so senior. He isn't wrong either. Look at the reserve list. You will find that he is correct.
I think some simple reserve changes that would help would be the removal of "best fit" and an increased call out time to 2 hours in MEM. Another gain would be to only allow R24 pilots to be converted into "flying trips" and limit it to 3 times a month. The SWW needs more work in my opinion than reserve.
