So, Bastian wasn't the person who was provisioning the carts and loading them on board, but he is the man responsible for not ensuring the proper roll-out of an event that he had planned for. Consequently, I think a good argument can be made for ultimately pinning this on Bastian. Whaddya think?

I didn’t say I didn’t find fault. I’m not defending them for what’s happening now, obviously lots could have been handled better.
