I got my second Pfizer just after 9am; started developing what felt like a super-mild caffeine headache about 3-4 hours later. Never developed a fever, muscle aches, fatigue or chills. About 9pm I took two Extra Strength Tylenol and 10mg of melatonin since I slept like garbage after my first Pfizer shot...slept pretty well throughout the night and nothing worse the next day than the super mild caffeine headache and feeling like a professional boxer punched my arm.
