MLOA is governed by
USERRA the union and the company have no say. FRB was a joke anyway with 95+% paid fitness issues.

I doubt the nuisance sick leave was a relief for the company. The program was costly. The changes to the MLOA program were above and beyond what USERRA requires so USERRA was not a factor. The FRB was a big improvement in the entire process.
