I wouldn’t call it revisionist - although he does seem to see some things from more of a management point of view than most APC posters he also adds a lot of knowledge and generally improves the level of discourse.
I disagree on his take on the SILs. We agreed to an April rebid for SILs. They got the April rebid and did a complete 180 on the SILs.
Was the company IAW the language -Yes. Were they in line with the intent - absolutely not.
