As for pilots “hanging their hat”, XOJET has all kinds. We have plenty of younger and mid-career folks who may very well take advantage of the current hiring wave and find their next “dream job”, and we also have plenty of folks who are quite happy staying at XO or are retired from somewhere else (like and myself).
