You are pointing to a metric that changes every hour. It's also a metric that can be manipulated. A company can simply close the door and drop the brake, even if they are not ready.
Come to think of it, Skywest planes won't record the plane off the gate until the push back reaches 5 mph.
Good luck trying to out perform Skywest over any significant period of time.
