I heard so many mixed things about amerijet. Spoke to some people and sounds like some are there because it's close to home and are trying to make it right but it's taking too long from management to make the changes, and some who just don't like it they just leave, and some others just voice their disappointment and don't like it, but still stay.

Based on what I've read in the last two pages, a lot of changes is going on. If you think it'll be the next valuejet, the best thing to do is to apply elsewhere. I know I would if I didn't like a company I'm flying for.
