I use PilotLog, they will support a single click to SkedPlus and downloads all the flights, if you all you care for is OUT and IN times, then you only need to sync once a day and you will have correct times. If you are interested in more information you are able to log as you go.
I like to log quite a bit of information, so what i usually do is, to Sync the morning of, just so that i get the correct tail number. Then i will edit the flight with the actuall OOOI times, takeoff and landing runways, I have it set to alternate PF/PM, which logs Instrument and XC time. The night time is calculated based on almenac. So all you need to manually do is to log, IMC time. Other than that, i like to log how many pax and cargo i carry.
Usually it will take under 30 seconds to get all this information in after the flight.
Another cool feature is the fact that you are able to have 2 separate logbooks, 121 and 91 rest rules, or in my case FAA and EASA rules. The logbook has both airlineapps, pilot credentials and 8710 reports. And you are able to select the logbook format that it will print the logbook in.
