Since his post we have reached a TA for a flow program for all new hires. So he was way off on that. The rest he says is subjective. My qol is great.
QOL is pretty good for anyone who's sub 40% in any base...I however only get min days off. But I'm expecting it to get slightly better when I move bases in Jan.
But yes it is all subjective and every person is different
