Yes I was aware of all of that, I’m trying to tell you the system is being overloaded and is severally broken down in MCO. The CBA states that a pilot cuts over to line pay after LOE, my LOE was a month ago and my pay stub still shows training pay despite being assured by many they’d get it corrected (and then later told that there’s nothing they can do but they will back pay me). As I stated in my original post, I’ve been here 3 months, so I went from making $120/year to making $6k for three months ($3k take home) I have kids I should be buying Christmas presents for, I have a mortgage, and I am trying to warn others how bad it is.
