Lots of people have said it before but these places don’t seem to understand. Color means nothing. Anything/anyone can sit in a pilot seat and be qualified and competent and do a good job. I’d rather fly with that alien guy from the cartoon American dad who may have flown a metro doing cargo at 1500 hrs then some white/black/red/super albino etc who did 5000 touch and goes, 2000 hrs TT all in. 172.
