If you’re late in your career, wouldn’t you want 16% DC into your 401k? I don’t know what the DEC pays at Breeze, but I’m sure you could easily make that on 3rd year Airbus pay at JB. You’re comparing a startup/borderline regional airline to a major airline with a good contract. Also, unless you have major issues, United is hiring anyone who walks in the door right now. It’s never been easier to get a legacy job.
