Stick it out. If it's only a year, that's really not that bad. Chalk it up as 1 year/4-seasons of Part 121 flying. If you are looking to get on with Republic/Compass, or whatever, I'm 99.9% sure they will be hiring by the end of your term, wherever that may be.
