I honestly can't think of a reason for you to choose Piedmont over your 4 other CJOs right now.

You have to be a commuter too? Then Piedmont is definitely not your best choice. Piedmont's schedules are not commuter friendly, and neither is PDT management if your commute does not work out one day.

If you want AA WO and one of your CJOs is PSA than certainly go there. They have the same bases as PDT, better QOL, better aircraft, schedules, and still have "flow".

Sure, PDT will get you into a class immediately, but honestly, that should tell you something about PDT and where it's currently at in the regional world.

Don't fall for the recruiters putting lipstick on the pig. Until PDT gets some quality of life improvements for its pilots, all perspective pilots should avoid the place and go elsewhere. It is currently a pilot's market, and most other regionals are far ahead of PDT in terms of their pilot contracts and what is industry standard these days.
