Standard PDT schedule is 11 days off / month. Usually 4 on, 2 off.
Reserve and Build up lines could have a mix of 6 on and than 2 off.
The biggest issue with QOL is you have zero flexibility in moving things around or getting more than 11 days off. These days everything you try to do to manipulate your schedule is “denied due to coverage”. Also extensions and jr mans are becoming more and more common due to the short staffing.
Worst of all is that with a 11 days off you still only credit right at 75 hours which is garbage min credit for how many days you are working and how many legs you are flying.
