It's purely networking in the 91 field, particular at Netflix. Netflix attends NBAA conferences, WAI, NGPA, etc. so be sure to attend these types of events.
Get on LinkedIn and connect with as many Netflix pilots. Introduce yourself and interact with them. Get on their radar and ask questions.
