What is the potential pay off rate for the training contract. Isn’t it still like $30k prorated over a year? I hear that’s not exactly linear but it’s still a big contract. Does that come down faster for a person that might fly a lot. Let’s say 40-50 hrs a month?

Sorry guys but I'm confused to the training contract thing, I've never had to deal with it. Is this deducted from your monthly pay? I assume this is to cover the cost of the type rating training.
