Not that it makes it any better, the comments on how your management is “managing” attrition could literally be cut and pasted from our Alaska board here. “The culture”…. the lack of responsibility and solutions, etc. I’m a rock solid capitalist, but it’s breathtaking how when management needs hardware, fuel or more senior management, and they’re in short supply they chalk that up to the cost of doing business, but when labor is in short supply, they’ll burn the house down before they budge.
