They have much bigger problems then new hire FOs jumping ship. Senior FOs leaving without upgrading for instance.
The number of eligible FOs with a bid in for upgrade (on both platforms) is nearly zero. Handful have post-summer dates. Remains that way for the next four/five months. Why get you thru training? You won’t have a captain to fly with until winter.
