Thanks Bababouey. Biggest thing I wanted to get from the doctor is to do bloodwork. It's been a few years and want to see if there are any glaring problems since I gained some weight back. At my worst in 2015 I was 270. Got down to 190 over the next few years and settled in around 200. Now I am back up to 225 and can feel the effect and know I'm not as healthy as I should be.

Used to love lifting weights but I have lost interest and was just walking. I should get back to some weight lifting too.
